Timex is not what it used to be.

The watch is solid and looks great but I give 2 reasons for the low rating:1. The strap is very flimsy and it just feels wrong since the watch itself is fairly heavy. (I will probably change it)2. Timex customer support is absolutely terrible and also they have no support for their models once they cross a time limit. I have a perfectly functioning All black Expedition compass model from 2014 but the strap broke and not only the replacement strap doesn't exist on their website but they refuse to answer my emails.
