Sabatier are my go to for knives. They're sharp, well balanced knives with good handles. They take a good edge and this little paring knife is my go to for any fiddly tasks. I'd thoroughly recommend these knives to anyone over more expensive alternatives.

First bought this knife in a shop in Ayr while holidaying with relatives back in 2012. It was the best wee knife to use, great for intricate cuts, and just overall excellent little sabatier blade. Holds an edge well beyond what most of my “good” knives are able to, and only needs a few passes of the sharpener to get it keen again.Unfortunately I was not very clever and used the dishwasher to clean it, eventually causing the handle to crack. I used it anyways. Looked high and low for a replacement, and only recently was able to find this on Amazon UK (I live in Canada). So happy to find a replacement and now treat it like gold.

Need a new small knife to go with the knife set block we had, is is good to use and sharp, just a good size and quality knife with an excellent price tag as well

Item 'made in China', not Sheffield UK as expected. Waited to review. Knife is still sharp, used to pare fruits, potato and carrots, so far okay. Used with foam cover for arthritic hands since handle is slim. Just hope it lasts. Fast shipping.
