Works great for bacterial infections
I use this as a natural antibiotic in place of coconut oil. Coconut oil makes me gag- if I take this on an empty stomach I get really sick 🤢 so sick I feel like I need to be rushed to the er- so I eat a handful of sunflower seed kernels right before I take this and it’s fine. I take it multiple times a day. I’m dealing with gum disease and although I’m taking the steps to get the bacteria off of my teeth and gums, I am swallowing the gunk as it comes off so I keep getting bacterial infections- taking these keeps the bacteria at bay. Yes coconut oil is a natural antibiotic- and this works just as good as mixing coconut oil in a drink or eating spoonfuls of it. If you catch any infection in the early stages and start taking these, it will get rid of the infection immediately. I use coconut oil on my kids and pets too. I did stop taking these for awhile and let a mouth infection get too bad before I took these one time and I couldn’t take enough to help the infection so then I had to get prescription antibiotics- but like I said- at the first sign of infection take 3 of these- 3 times a day for 4-7 days and you’ll be good to go. And most times it’s just one day of taking them to get the infection out- but to be on the safe side I recommend a few days of it.

Convenient MCT Oil – Easy Capsules for Daily Energy Support
I’ve been using the Carlyle MCT Oil capsules, and they’re a simple, convenient way to get MCTs without the hassle of measuring liquid. Each serving delivers 3600mg, which is a solid dose, and the softgels are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I like that they’re made from coconut oil and fit well into a keto or low-carb lifestyle. They provide a clean energy boost without the mess of pouring oil, and the bottle size (70 softgels) lasts a decent amount of time. Pros: 3600mg per serving, solid dose of MCTs Easy-to-swallow softgels with no taste or mess Derived from coconut oil, keto-friendly Convenient alternative to liquid MCT oil Cons: Larger softgels, so some people may prefer fewer pills with liquid Bottle goes quickly if you’re taking multiple capsules daily Overall, this is a convenient and effective way to add MCT oil to a routine. Perfect for anyone wanting the benefits of MCTs without dealing with the liquid form.

Part of my daily supplements!
I was taking MCT by mixing it in a glass of water, but that was difficult to keep up with. Having a time-released pill works better. I have been taking this for over a year, and I have a lot of benefits like more energy, less foggy mind, etc.
