Great product does exactly what it says it does. Leave in for 10 seconds. All of my silver now looks brand new again well worth it.

I have used silver cleaner for many years, my last one needed replacing after about 10 years of use. They are well worth the money for all the use you get out of it.My old one had a small ring at the top of the central stem of the basket which easily let you lift out the basket without getting chemicals on my skin. The Connoisseurs Silver Cleaner, although it has a central stick that is hollow, it isn't the best stick to get hold of to lift it out. It looked a bit odd with a bit missing off the side of the stick, but after reading the description fully, quite a while after purchase, it is supposed to have a brush within that stick.It is a VERY good cleaner but I have given it 4 stars as the design could be better and the brush was missing. I have a very soft tooth brush I can use and will have to go very gently with it.

This silver bath is absolutely amazing for what it actually does I mean I'd given up on a couple of items as I really didn't think they could be saved but boy was I wrong! I think a lot of people are forgetting that once you have used the silver bath you have to polish them with a silver cloth because they do come out looking yellow but that it the residue left behind after it's had the tarnish taken off whilst in the bath so a lot of people are thinking it's ruin there jewellery when it actually hasn't. You're not going to find anything where you just stick your jewellery in and expect it to come out gleaming, I wish it was that simple however this stuff is amazing although it does have a really strong smell to it and it's not nice so always make sure your in a open room with ventilation. Also don't do it on any wood varnished tables. All in all I'm amazed oh and if your jewellery doesn't look okay after polishing it isn't real silver as I had this with a few items but thankfully they wasn't expensive items. BEWARE strips silver and pearl. Literally dipped my silver necklace with a pearl pendent in the solution for less than 5 seconds and when I took it out the pearl had lost its shine and the silver was tarnished and white. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT very upset as these were 30th birthday presents that can not be replaced. The solution was leaking when it arrived and smelt funny, so it may be a faulty batch, but just be aware, I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.
