NOW Supplements Calm & Focus with Zembrin® & GABA, Cognitive Support*, Clinically Validated, 60 Veg Capsules

I needed a good supplement for mood and energy that doesn't have ginkgo in it. This one really does the trick. It doesn't make me feel nervous and helps me focus during the day.

I have been taking this a little over a week. I find it hard to tell if it's making much of a positive difference though I haven't had any negative effects. The pills are smaller than the typical capsules which helps with swallowing them.

i have noticed that taking this helps me focus and has no negative effects. the capsules are small and easy to swallow, with no taste or odor. NOW is a well-established brand that i trust, and there is reasonable research showing the benefits of both GABA and Zembrin. i would recommend this, and i intend to order more. the typical price is $23.99 for a 60-day supply, which seems normal for this type of product.its effect on me: i’ve had this for almost 3 months, been taking a capsule some days and skipping some days. i like that i don’t have to take them daily to experience a benefit. i don’t have difficulty falling or staying asleep, and i don’t feel lots of worry; so i can’t comment on how these will affect those issues. i have very mild ocd and these don’t seem to affect it. i have a hard time focusing and staying on a single task, and when i take this i stay on task much better. when i stay on task, i get into a groove which helps efficiency, but every time i task-switch i get knocked off the groove and get slowed down. for example, i’ll do a couple of dishes, switch to a little meal prepping, then read an article online; and usually, i switch between activities a few times before a single one is completed; taking this helps me stay on one activity longer so everything ultimately gets done faster. i didn’t have any specific expectations when i started to take this, so i don’t believe it to be a placebo effect.

Good overall choice for this supplement. Had enough info on the manufacturer for me to trust that they are safe and tested to be what they say they are.Bottle arrived safely sealed and with safety seals in place to ensure it hasn't been opened or contaminated. No leaking or breakage of the casules, all were intact inside. I found the capsules to be odor free and tasteless. They swallow easily as well.

I usually like NOW products, but this product did Not produce any calmness when I took it, even after doubling the recommended dose. In fact it did nothing noticeable at all. I'm very disappointed.

I do feel as though I get a calming effect from these. Good quality, NOW always is. Obviously medications and herbs are different for everyone so your mileage may vary.

I been trying this a little over 2 weeks, and I believe it is helping with my symptoms. Not sure if its this or (combination with) the physical therapy plus others activities' that are helping with my symptoms, but I know it's not making it worse.The capsule is not large as shown side to side to a soda can tab, and should be easily swallowable for most people.
