I recently purchased the Redchef Ceramic Frying Pan Set, and I am very happy with the quality. The pans heat evenly, cook food well, and the non-stick surface makes cooking and cleaning much easier. When they term these non stick- they are non stick! I've had these for a few months and they are my go to pan. I use them on a gas stove. I have made everything from eggs to crepes and nothing sticks to these. The color is very nice and seems to hold up. These are standard size and heat up very evenly. These perform much better than my food network pans! They are so easy to clean up after also which is awesome. These are a great buy!

As a homemaker, I've really enjoyed this ceramic frying pan for preparing everyday meals. The non-stick surface allows you to cook with less oil and makes cleaning much easier afterward.

I think these pans are great. I’ve been using them for about 3 weeks & I’m impressed. I seasoned them per the directions & so far, no major issues at all. I’ve used them to sear steaks on high heat with no problems. Works great on my portable induction plate too. I only use olive oil, avocado oil, ghee or butter when cooking. I like the fact that they can withstand oven temps enough to broil without damaging the pans. I don’t use any cooking sprays. I think there was a very slight stick issue cooking eggs once but not enough to complain about. They came out just fine.Chemicals……..I’ve been searching for the right non toxic pans & was very glad to know that there are no toxins in these pans.Storing…….The only thing I can suggest is to be careful if you stack them on top of each other because I’ve noticed a small amount of chipping around the rims of the pans. It’s not too noticeable but I wanted to include it in my review.Utensils…….I only use wood. Although it states that you can use metal, I don’t quite believe it. It is a ceramic coating, which tells me it can scratch if you use the wrong utensils.Cleaning…….These pans wash very well…..I just wipe any excess oils/liquids with a paper towel & wash with dish detergent & water. I don’t use them in the dishwasher. My pans still look new.Overall…….I am satisfied enough to say that I will purchase another set to replace my other fry pans.

I love this set. I wasn't sure if they were good quality, but when I tell you I regret not to buy it sooner, I'm serious. These are great quality, nothing sticks to it. Just as a quick tip, make sure you warm the pan before putting any food inside. That way you will make sure you take care of the interior and the food will come out amazing.
