Winder works well. And feels well made. But is incredibly loud. I can’t keep it in my room next to my bed. I need to turn it off when I sleep. I also don’t like the three modes for rotating the watches. Dealing there’d be a mode that runs for enough time to charge. Then stay off for the rest of the day.

The product was good for the first three month of purchase. Nice looking and a quiet motor. After about 3 months of use, the inner vinyl lining started to bubble up and started to rub against the rotating unit. Now after about 5+ month of use, one of the rotating unit wobbles and rubbing against the lining and thumps around and making noise. Not sure if there is the warranty on this unit for a replacement or refund. Disappointing after a great experience in the beginning. I was hoping it would last about 2+ years but lived much shorter than expected.Update: the seller responded immediately and provided an option for the replacement or refund. Totally unexpected and utterly impressed with the excellent customer service recovery efforts. Updated the product review to 5 stars due to an incredible service recovery. AND using the refund to purchase two 4-watch winders to give their product another chance!

The company has reached out and has been very helpful in alleviating the issue with the broken motor. Ms. Iris has been very helpful to me. At this point, I have no negative comments about their customer service only positive and I would recommend this product based on their customer support.

It worked for about a year, but then the winder turning got gradually slower to the point where it stopped. If you buy this, set it to only wind once per day, max, to prolong the life of it. It's not really serviceable. I ended up throwing it out because I was worried about the winding motor catching fire - I opened the back of it to find out if I could get it to turn normally again, and I noticed that the motors were hot.

Overall reasonable. Options are not as sophisticated as more expensive brands\units. It does the trick. I can't tell how durable and of it will or not affect the watches negatively. The amount of movement seems soft and doubt it would have a negative impact on the watches. Only missing is an electric transformer or unit to run it. This will become an issue since most phones don't come with chargers anymore so spare ones will be less accessible.

Great product and value! My husband loves it for his watch collection.

After 6 months it started to slow down and make strange noises. A year into ownership it is completely broken. Total piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY.
