The media could not be loaded. I love the chair it’s very heavy duty and looks great my customers say that it’s very comfortable! The directions on it were basically useless, but as long as you know the concept of putting one of these chairs together, it was pretty easy. Just got to be very careful Putting the hydraulic system together!

The media could not be loaded. I've had this chair for 3 months and it broke on me for no apparent reason. I was laying my clien tback with the lever and it never leaned back because it broke. I thought this chair was heavy duty but it's not however it looks really cool. I've been trying to get a hold of someone from this company to see about fixing it or sending me a new piece but im not able to reason anyone. When purchasing be cautious of this when buying.
