I have a bad track record with these refillable spray mops. For some reason, they work great at the beginning and then very quickly will stop. Either the spray handle no longer triggers a spray or the whole unit starts to leak. I've had this one now for several months and haven't had any issues. I prefer these refillable spray mops for several reasons, the main thing being that the pads are reusable and the spray bottle is refillable. You aren't throwing away anything and contributing to landfills. The fact that the bottle is refillable means you can use your own cleaning solution, whether it's store bought or homemade and that you can switch those out so it's multi-surface. Both of these things also save you money from buying the one-time use pads or cleaning solution bottles. I have laminate floors so I use a solution of 1/3 water, 1/3 vinegar and 1/3 rubbing alcohol for cleaning and then a commercial product to shine them afterwards.The mop handle is long enough where I don't have to bend much. The trigger sprays a light mist so you can use as much or as little as you want. You can angle the spray to go wide or hold the handle up vertically to have a concentrated spray in one area. The pads fit on the mop with a hook and loop backing (Velcro) and are washable and reusable. They are soft microfiber that lightly "scrub" the floors but don't damage anything. There is even a slightly more firm microfiber pad on the top of the mop head that you can use by flipping the mop over to use for stubborn scuff marks or sticky things.I use this for wet mopping but I could see where the pads would also make good dry dusters. They pick up the dirt and grime from my floors and keep it all in the pad until I can throw it in the washing machine. The fact that you get so many pads is nice so you aren't having to wash the same one just to use the mop - you can do several changes before you have to wash them.The bottle is wide mouth for easy pouring and cleaning afterwards. Plus the large opening means it dries quickly (I let mine dry completely before storing it in the mop to avoid mold or mildew).So far, this is a quality product and hasn't started to fall apart or leak.

Super sturdy handle so that even if you apply extra pressure to scrub a spot, it would not impact the connectors in the handle. I like that I can fill the water holder with my choice of cleaner. Easy to use and love it

I have 2 large homes and this is my 4th purchase of this mop. I fill 2 with Mr. Clean and Water and use it on tile/ceramic floors, another is filled with/Bona for my wood floors and the 4th is filled with Mannington Specialty Cleaner for my engineered floors. The pads wash easily and the ease of mopping keeps your floors so clean. I honestly love this product (I am 72 years old). I don’t have to wait for my cleaning lady to come to make my house spotless. Thank you Rubbermaid for a wonderful cleaning product.

good purchase so far, I found the top floor scraper a little too small to be effective but this is a lot like the Oxo mop I had that broke after years and they don't make anymore so I'm glad to find this which is VERY similar. I do think my cedar mop gets the floor clean but this type works well and is far quicker for me which is why I use this type VERY often. This set is great, I just wish they had a 2nd refillable bottle - I use tile and wood floor cleaners and my Oxo I had two so I could switch them out, but no problem, I keep the old Oxo ones and just fill into these so nothing is wasted.highly recommend- I hate to mop, this is easy and least messy for me. Pads are use and machine wash and go and I had some of the same size from my oxo, good quality

This is a great mop. Just fill with your favorite cleaner and spray floor and mop to clean your floors. When finished mopping remove the pad and toss in washer to have clean mop ready for next use.

Had my other one for 36 years, but the old had leakage recently.Perfect mop.

Love this Spray mop! I like that I can use my cleaner and the wide mop head is ideal for my floors, also it has three mop heads that I can wash instead of throwing the pads I once used. Great Mop!

What I love most about this mop is that I can load whatever cleaning fluid I want and I am not tied to a specific vendor for refills. It comes with 2 containers which gives you the ability to have 2 different cleaning agents at the ready at any time. Giving this 4 stars because the mop itself does feel a little cheap/low quality. I've had mine for well over a year now and it still works though, so maybe I am being a little harsh. Having washable cloths is a big plus as well. There was not much to the assembly; I don't think I read any instructions as it was that simple. It has a swivel head, allowing you to get to hard-to-reach areas and the spray function works reasonably well. Overall - good product and more environmentally friendly than some others on the market.

Stopped spraying after three uses, can no longer use. Can’t contact them to request a refund
