Can handle the heavy batters and doughs.
Loved it. I have a recipe that always takes forever to mix as it is so stiff. Even my Kitchen Aid mixer struggled. I would have to scrape the bottom of the bowl multiple times. Used the Instant Pot mixer and was done in no time. Only had to scrape the bowl once. It also can hold a rather large amount of batter which my Kitchen Aid too small to handle Would have items flung out of the bowl. Really like the suction cups on the bottom as now it doesn't walk across the countertop. Can't beat the price.

Excellent mixer
Excellent! It replaced a very, very noisy Kitchen Aid Accolade and I am so very pleased with its performance: very easily and accurately controllable, does an excellent job whipping cream, egg whites…., it is steady on the counter and not very noisy. What’s not to like?

Love Judy
I named her Judy. Judy works very hard and she is a great helper in baking, mixing, and other things: I made bread, cake, meet balls and noodles. I love Judy. Judy is strong and seems to be able to work a long time. All my families love her

Really pleased with this mixer. High quality for a fraction of the price of the leading mixer.

The Stand Mixer I Needed
The media could not be loaded. My trusted hand mixer died after 20+ years, and I opted for the Instant Mixer. Having put it through its paces (cookies, fried dough, and chantilly cream), I’m rather pleased with this purchase. Great value for its price point. Three minor callouts, though. 1) The mixer is loud at low speeds. 2) I wish I could purchase a second bowl so I can prepare separately the batter and the meringue for cakes. 3) Finally, the +/- locations aren’t intuitive. I’m used to screens/apps where the lower value is on the left and you tap or drag to increase. The mixer’s controls are opposite. A minor nit on my part.

Can’t live without it!
I use this mixer near daily! It kneads dough very well and can make so many cookies at one time! It has a lot of power, great capacity, lightweight to move around, and it is so easy to use! Just set the timer and you can focus on something else! I was a little bit worried about going from my kitchen aid to this, but my kitchen aid has sat in my canning room since I bought this almost a year ago! “Only a year ago?” You may ask, questioning its durability. Let me tell you, I run a home bakery, and it has seen some stuff! I regularly churn out a triple batch of pretzel/bagel dough, one right after another, with this mixer! You’d never know. It slows down a little bit when doing such a large quantity (which is honestly probably out of the range the booklet recommends) but I can’t imagine any other machine wouldn’t! I have butcher block and have never experienced any rocking. I have used all of the attachments, and they all work great! I mostly use the dough hook and beater. Love the pouring shield, but hardly use that, either. When there is mess from baking, it is so easy to wipe up! I was a little worried that the knob in the back to release everything would be hard to adjust to, but it’s honestly not! It does make it a little hard to reach back when I have a spook with a lot of wet stuff on it, but nothing I haven’t been able to adjust to!My only two complaints:One: only one bowl. As I said before, I am a home baker. Having to wash my only bowl in between each recipe can get annoying and time consuming when I am also needing to shape a million pretzels, swap cookies in the oven, etc. I really wish another bowl was available already for purchase. The lack of another bowl has been the reason I have not yet purchased another. Don’t want to have to clean two bowls at a time! Haha. Two: does not come in pink :( Would loooooove a pink Instant mixer! A cute pastel pink to go with the blue!

Solid mixer with an issue
I bought this mixer when my KitchenAid died. Good news is those can be repaired and typically last a long time (23 years with heavy use, I am NOT kidding). I knew I would be doomed for holiday baking with no mixer and this mixer seemed like a solid choice instead of investing in a back up KitchenAid.Pros: Clearly the price. It's a significant cost savings from more well known mixer brands like KitchenAid. The motor is slightly more powerful and the bowl is bigger than my classic KitchenAid. The need for a larger capacity bowl has been bothering me for a few years now. I was able to mix massive amounts of cookie dough, whip egg whites and whipped cream, and icing/frosting with no problems.Neutral: The back lever for lifting the mixer head can be a little awkward to reach and takes some getting used to. The electronic controls also have a learning curve, although the timer function is handy. I do have concerns about the lifespan of the electronics, but it's been good for 6 months so far. I guess we'll see.Cons: It's not as stable at staying in place as their PR suggests. The suction cups don't help at all. Instead they make it hard to slide out of the corner to use it. The back arm that connects the base to the mixer arm flexes a lot, especially with heavier dough. I'm not sure if that's intentional or if it's a warning sign about the potential lifespan of the mixer. Bread dough is an issue. The mixer can handle heavy dough, it makes cookie dough just fine. But if you're trying to make a larger batch (more than 2 loaves), a really heavy dough, and/or have extended kneading beware. The mixer can and will overheat and shut down. The good news is that it worked fine after plenty of cool down. The bad news is that it may kill the motor. So be careful with bread dough, and consider a different mixer if you make a lot of bread. It also doesn't handle small batches well, due to its impressive bowl size. You'll need a hand mixer to handle small jobs.tl;dr A versatile stand mixer but bread bakers beware.
