I had heard quite a bit about grounding sheets but didn't necessarily believe it would make a difference. I put the grounding sheets on the bed and didn't tell my husband. When my husband got into bed first he said, "I really like this sheet." I was a little surprised because he's been asking for silky or satiny sheets which the grounding sheets are not. After I got in bed, I woke up sometime in the night surprised that I'd fallen asleep so quickly. I also had no pain. This was tremendous since I have pain 24/7 from Spondylosis and diabetic neuropathy. When my husband and I awoke the following morning he reported a deep sense of well-being and less pain (he too has diabetic neuropathy along with bulging discs). Neither of us wanted to leave the sheet to get out of bed. I finally told him about the sheet. This has just been our first night. I hope it lasts.

This works
I bought this for my 15 year old autistic son to see if it would help him sleep after we took him off his medications. He had been up every night for a solid month rocking in his chair only getting around 2-4 hours of sleep a night, so I bought this to see if it would help. This is his 4th night in a row that he has slept like a rock all night. I am amazed!

Twin size is a bit tight length-wise
I have twin-sized adjustable bed, and the sheets were a tad on the short side. On the upside, this does help them to remain secured to the mattress when the bed deforms. Otherwise quite comfortable.

Deep sleep must have
We can absolutely tell a difference when we don't use use our grounding sheets. It helps us fall asleep faster, deeper quality sleep and less body aches and pain
