Perfect snack!
These are so yummy I cannot believe that thereโs no added sugar! They are a healthy and convenient snack for on the go. The size is perfect and filling. Tastes fresh every time, even if they sit in my work bag for a day or 2. Recommend to anyone looking for healthier options. Every flavor is perfect!

This is a great trio for a low car variety. I keep them in my desk at work. The crunchy texture is satisfying. They are relatively healthy a good size. Cleaning ingredients these nut bars are sealed so they stay very fresh! Will buy again.

Not sweet at all, but still high in calories for a small bar
On the plus side, this really isn't sweet (I only tried the Caramel Sea Salt variety so far) which is good for me since I dislike sweets. I also like that it has no artificial sweeteners. If you are looking for a sweet taste then pass this one by, the main flavor is almonds with a hint of savory caramel and it doesn't taste like a candy bar at all. I'm not on a keto diet, but I do watch my carbs and try to avoid blood sugar spikes. Nutrition wise, this seems to fit the bill although it does pack a pretty good caloric wallop for such a small bar. Just know you aren't saving calories with the no sugar thing. These taste good, are nutritious, and can calm the hunger pangs between meals, but I'm not sure if I would buy them again. A big spoonful of natural, unsweetened peanut butter pretty much does the same thing for the same calories and costs way less!
