Can i hook the bag to a caribener?

There was no way to do that with the packaging I received. Each poncho was individually packaged inside a larger package. The packaging was a very thin plastic. Only slightly heavier than a Saran wrap. Once they are out of the package it would be very difficult to fold them up flat enough to get them back in. We didn't even try.

It will probably sit closer to your ankles, should be fine. I am 5’ 5” and it hit upper calf on me.
