Only buy when you have a wifi connection
It's actually a nice product. But do not buy if you don't own wifi router at your home. Otherwise it is of no use. Does not pair and support your mobile wifi

Nicely works!
Sometimes disconnects from Wifi after power cut and needs a switch off-on again. Otherwise, a great product. Luminance is nice. Response time is also good. The app interface needs to be improved though.

Product is good and that smart feature is really useful. If you have Alexa, Google one is minus point, the bulb is 12 W, but not that much brightness.

Disappointed with the Neo 12W bulbs – older 10W version was much better
I have been using Philips Wiz 10W bulbs (4 pcs) for over a year now, and they have worked very well. Based on that experience, I decided to purchase the newer Neo 12W bulbs (6 pcs), expecting similar or better performance.Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with these bulbs. The 12W bulbs flicker badly, especially when the voltage is low, whereas the older 10W version continues to work perfectly even under low-voltage conditions.I wanted to return the bulbs, but unfortunately there was no return option available for this purchase.It’s disappointing to see the newer 12W version perform worse than the older 10W model. Based on my experience, I would not recommend these bulbs, particularly if you live in an area where voltage fluctuations are common.

Good but needs app optimisation
Everything is great but every time i have to repair them after powercut. The only silver lining is that its just a one step process. But it ruins my automation and embarrassing in front of someone.

It's sick af, but didn't meet expectations. It claims to support music sync but actually only has 9 preset color mixes for sync. It support 2.4Ghz WiFi, please keep this in mind before buying.
