Hi, I can't remember the word for i, sorry. I would say that i returned these because they had splinters and were dangerous for my 3 year old Son. They were made of cheap plywood and the words were stuck on paper which kept peeling off. I would look for something else if we're you. It's your choice.

I've not located any you can buy but their website has a replacement parts section. You'd need to email them with the name of the item, "see and spell boards". I'm sure they would send some replacements x
