Can wash these in washing machine?

Yes you can they wash very well and have lasted me longer than any other ankle stocking I wear them for work

No I don't do them but you might find them on site

Are they good for preventing your feet from sliding in high heels?

I didn’t purchase them for that reason, I chose them for extra support to prevent getting holes around the heel/toe area, as cheaper one just kept ripping after a day or so due to my rough skin. They were anti slip, but from memory, no I don’t think they would stop your feet from sliding in high heels. They did last a long time though & I have purchased them several times, excellent value for money.
