This book is awesome!!! It is the second book of the series, and, like the first, WAS TOTTALY AWESOME! I can't think of a better way to describe it!! Samantha Forster, or Sam as she likes to be called, misses her colt Blackie, or is he the local legend, the Pantom?? Sam is sure he is, but when Linc Solcum, a rich man who owns Gold Dust ranch, blames the Phantom for stealing his mare, Hotspot. Sam knows his life is in danger, but how will she stop him? A great book for all horse lovers!

book 2 just as good as 1 - am reading 3 now - understand there are at least 24 books in this series - am sure they are all just as good as the ones I have read - never a dull moment - keeps you on your toes - enjoy everyone

This book is for anyone who loves horses!I am 35 years old and loved it,although it is targeted for a younger audience.Terri Farley made me want to find out more about the beautiful mustangs.Now,I know about Cloud and some other amazing horses that live in the wild and their struggle to survive and remain free.

I was entertained by, but not in love with, this book. It's a decent story and worth buying. If I ever get really bored, I may read it again.

I purchased these books at our library's used book set and needed this one to complete the set. It is in good shape and will be enjoyed by our granddaughter when she comes to visit this summer.

This book is amazing! I love the way Terri Farley writes! I'm very excited to read the next book in the series.

This book is way to good to pass up! Read the first one first if you want this one! LOVE IT!
