Change the laces. Come tight but loosen after wear.
They were tight when I first got them, almost returned, but by the end of the day they loosened up and formed to my feet perfectly. I recommend taking the leather laces out that they come with and putting in real laces cause the leather won't stay tied. Other than that they're pretty good for the price. I'll probably end up oiling them too but not bad.

The shoes are soft and comfortable on the top, however the soles are very thin and walking on concrete or the streets you feel every pebble and rock on the bottom of the feet, otherwise I like them.

Great shoes
These are now my favorite casual shoes. Quality leather, very stylish and comfortable.

Not worth the Money
This product did not work well for me as the "heel" was not properly cupped and the sole wanted to move sideways from under my foot.I donated them with the hope that someone would perhaps be able to use them for a house shoe
