I started off using two to three times a week within a month hair quit growing!. Just don’t forget to use it every once in a while afterwards or the hair will start to come back. I was skeptical when purchasing but glad I did. White guy brown hair.

Works well on light skin with dark body hair. Nice solid construction your expect from Braun. For men, good power and definitely slows hair grown on neck face within 5-7 applications. Wife loves how fast it work on her bikini line. Well worth the money.

I did not give it a 5 star as I still doubt the effectiveness. I followed the instructions well with this to make sure of a good result. Starting with shaving all the time before the lasering… After I finished the recommended 12 sessions (once a week), my armpit hair is not growing like the usual (which I am lucky too as mine is not hairy, only has a few thick strands). At the same time, I did my bikini line too, it is good result but on the really thicker strands, makes it hard for the laser to thin it. So it’s not completely all gone. Over all I’m satisfied with the result. Also do NOT believe that it’s painless. Of course there is pain but not as much. Good thing that I don’t really mind the pain. It’s a laser, burns the hair which you’ll smell it too while using. I’m happy with this item. Just sucks that the hair is not totally gone, it just delays the growth. Atleast after the 12 sessions, I think it’s will be just once a month, hopefully.

Been using it for 2 months. Main reason I wanted it was to stop growing hair on my face so I wouldn't have to shave anymore. It has worked a little on my chest. But the underarms and face have little to no change.

If you skin prep correctly, have more course and darker body hair, and use it 1-3 times per week, it works great. The hair growth is slowing down already after 1.5 months! I have previously used an off-brand IPL purchased from an Asian brand from Amazon and it also worked but took much longer to see any results as I believe it was lower intensity.

Works just like you would think. Worth the money.

If you want permanent removal, this is not for you. Go see a pro. If you want to do this weekly or possibly monthly, so the hair stays away longer than shaving, it might do what you want. It's also not for the face or neck. I'm not sure what difference that makes, but it had little to no effect on my neck and cheeks where I didn't want my beard to grow.
