Great device, very happy with it!
What a neat gadget! I have bought and tried so many massage and neck therapy gadgets over the years. I must say, this is definitely up there in usefulness. It is very well designed, easy to use (not too much effort to use), and targets the tight knots on my neck area as well as feet and legs. It has two soft but firm balls that you can screw in to three slots (on each side) that gives you the ability to change the space between the two balls. It takes very little energy to use the device, so no straining to self massage. I highly recommend it. I am going to buy another one for my mom. She will love it too!

BEST $40 I've ever spent!
Any bad reviews for this thing I don't understand. In theory it's a good idea, and during use it's an even beter idea. Some people might find it too rough, it's definitely not meant for a light all around massage, this is targeted relief. The Acu-Masseur looks like an S&M torture device, but there is no doubt of what it is, it's so good at it's intended function. If it should for some reason break, as a couple of reviews describe, don't be discouraged, just return it and get another one. Mine is perfectly flexible in the middle and sturdy in the hand. I am a well-endowed woman and sit at a desk for the majority of my days. Despite conscious efforts to correct my posture, over time, my head slowly winds up in front of my neck. Pain! Lots of pain and tension. The Acu-Masseur looks like an S&M torture device, but there is no doubt of what it is, it is that good in it's intended function. It has basically rendered professional/expensive spa massages unnecessary. I have had it for one week and I have already noticed a marked improvement in my neck/shoulder tension and posture. This thing is like conducting your own personal shiatsu symphony. It's everything I want to happen in a professional massage that never does. I can't say enough about it! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Pros: Amazingly and Eye-Rollingly therapeutic, easy to use once you get the hang of it. No moving parts, just the joint in the middle that bends. Cons: None really if you don't count taking time to practice using it and it looking like a weird sexual device.

This is a great product. It has lost some stiffness in the ...
This is a great product. It has lost some stiffness in the bridge area but I have been using it pretty consistently. It seems to wobble from side to side more but not so much so that its unusable. Normal wear and tear kind of thing. I have tried placing the balls on the inner holes and the middle holes and have found that the two outside holes are the only placement that makes it worthwhile. This allows the balls to have a wider grip and more force when used. I did a lot of YouTube surfing and found a few videos demonstrating how to use this guy better. Just type AccuMassage and there will be a few videos that are definitely worth looking at. The guy who does the Acu-Masuer is weird but gives great examples. I haven't used his version of the device. I have found that the best use for this guy has been for my legs. It massages tendons like a boss. I love using it for the back of my knees and my calves. I have very muscular hamstrings and quadriceps but this thing doesn't mind at all. It handles them all the same. Its also a dream to use on your glutes. The device works very well on the back of the neck and the traps. I also can get very good use on my upper and lower arms and even my lower back. The only place I've had trouble using it is on my rhomboids or between the shoulder blades. The device just doesn't bend in the right places to reach that area. My family loves this thing and like I said, I use it pretty regularly and it helps relieve pain and soreness here and there. Nothing beats a real massage but this is a cheaper alternative. All in all, I'm happy with the AccuMassage and can recommend it to you.

Release tension in hamstrings
It's always been difficult for me to release tension in my hamstrings until I found the AccuMassage. Finding the correct distance between the balls is key. I put one of the balls on the inside or outside of my leg and the other directly on the hamstring. The vise-like action gets to the tension and soreness like no other massager I've tried. Love it.

Nice idea, but poor quality!
First, I’d like to say that I really wanted to love this product, especially since it initially felt like it worked and it was good. However, over just a week of use, the thing broke in half on me after normal use. When I emailed customer service about this and explained what happened, I was hoping they would offer a possible replacement. Instead, they responded by just giving me a refund and tips if I ever got another one. Although it was nice to have the refund, the more I thought about it again, I really wanted something for relief. So I thought maybe I should try it again because this may have just been a dud. When I went to check the pricing on it again, however, it was jacked up higher than it was when I got it the first time. So I reached out to customer service to see if they could do something for me to give it to me for the same price as before, and they said they couldn’t. So basically they are expecting me to pay out even more money than originally for something that I got that broke due to no fault of my own. Perhaps that’s why they just gave the refund right away without trying to talk to the customer first. Just thought you should know as a buyer to be careful. Ironically, after this happened, I went to check and see if I was the only one that happened to, and I noticed there were several others that had the same thing happen. So obviously, the product is not very durable. I’m glad I chose a different company to buy from, which was a few dollars cheaper and so far I have not had that issue with it! I will update you if I do. It was the Rosenice Neck Massager. Hope this helps you to choose wisely!

Kinda Gimmicky
It is okay for what it is and the price, but just like every pain relieve gimmick (for whatever part of the body) there's bound to be some snake oil promises made in the description. Does it temporarily relieve some issues sure, very temporarily... Does it cure herniated disks causing your arm to go numb or work out a clogged artery in your thigh causing pain, absolutely not. The only reason i somewhat like it is because I am a big strong boy and weak massages do not effect me or help pain. With this i can control the level I squeeze the massage-balls which can relieve some muscle tension. But it doesn't really help with my overall neck pain. More of a gimmick I decided to keep for the few times a year I pull a muscle and no one is around to help. I only recommend it for certain things, curing pain really isn't one of them like the product claims

The ONLY tool that relieves my tension headaches
This is the only tool that I've found, and I've tried at least half a dozen, (props to the Thera Cane for everything else 0) but this is the only one that has been able to get rid of those awful tension headaches that last for weeks and cumulatively get worse over time. I had problems with my ears, vision, jaw, and every different kind of pain my head can produce. No pain medicines like ibuprofen, aspirin, acetaminophen, kratom, etc could even touch the pain. Alcohol provided some relief but let's not go there. This beautiful tool allows me to release the trigger points in my upper trapezius and finally get relief whenever there is a problem. When I get that headache that makes my ears hurt when people talk loud, eyes hurt whenever I'm not wearing sunglasses, or the one where it feels like there's an ice pick behind my eye giving me an oldschool lobotomy and my eyes are going to pop out and my teeth hurt on the the inside... I grab this thing and carefully start clamping down all along my trapezius until I find the right spots (this can take some time to get it just right, don't get discouraged) and about thirty seconds on spent on each spot where all sorts of burning, pain and nausea blossom forth... I get sweet relief! It's a miracle to get that monkey off your back so instantaneously. Don't forget to clean up all the ancillary trigger points around your neck and shoulder blades and chest but MUCH more gently with a Thera Cane, similar tool, or whatever works best for you. Then you just have to remember to clean up all your trigger points at the end of every day and you can prevent the worst from coming back.
