I bought this EKO EcoSmart kitchen trash can and it looks amazing in my kitchen. It has a great large capacity, making it perfect for daily household waste without needing constant emptying. The build quality feels sturdy and premium, and the finish doesn't show fingerprints easily. Highly recommended if you want something functional and modern!

I purchased two almost identical cans, from somewhere I can't remember, about 10 years ago. They had the symbols for TRASH and RECYCLE on the front. Almost everything about them was like an older version of this EKO brand motion sensing trash can. But they had no brandname on them. I ordered this can to be able to get rid of at least one of the original ones, because they drove me batty. The EKO can has no lip on the inside of the drum. The others did. It would catch every can or box or edge inside the bag as you were pulling it out. With this can, the bag comes clear every time. I use 20gal capacity bags, as the 13 gal are too small for this. I love the extra volume I get, and it fits in a space that fits in the corner of my galley kitchen perfectly. The stainless steel drum and plastic lid both feel like good quality, and the opening mechanism is quiet and strong. A wave of the hand and it eases right open. PLUS - this can only takes 4 AA batteries that fit into the lid with a twisting lock. The old ones took 8 AA's, and they had to be inside these holders that then went inside the lid. I lost numerous holders into the trash because they wouldn't stay locked in.

I love the automatic can. It’s convenient when you don’t have to worry about touching the lid to throw stuff away. I’m so spoiled now I find myself waving my had over my friends can when I go to her house. Easy to empty, quality is good

I have a love-hate relationship with this trash can. I bought two of these cans two months ago - one for trash and one for recycling. Pros - very nice-looking for a trash can / large capacity (have to change bag less often) / touchless open and close / fit well in limited space as they utilize vertical space as well as horizontal. Cons - sometime difficult to pull the trash bag out, very heavy / lid opens everytime you walk past it / trash bags are expensive.

This works amazingly. Though I do want to use rechargeable batteries on it, it was a great addition to the kitchen. Huge and holds a lot.

Ich finde diesen Mülleimer sehr gut. Der Preis ist angemessen und er öffnet und schließt fast lautlos. Klar wünscht man sich immer einen günstigeren Preis, aber der soll den noch günstiger produzieren ? Beim Kauf hab ich einen Rabattcode erhalten für einen weiteren Einkauf. Dann wollte ich noch einen weiteren Mülleimer der selben Marke bestellen und habe den Rabatt Code eingefügt. Der wurde allerdings nicht angenommen, das fand ich ein wenig schade deswegen nur vier Sterne
