Versatile, high quality, and a good price
High quality, works perfectly and the price is very good. I have found it useful for a variety of tasks including gathering small chopped items, cleaning chopping boards, and , of course, handling dough.

There are many recipes which create residue on a working surface, e.g. kneading bread. Cleaning surfaces can be an issue and cloths just will not easily clean the surface. This simple device - a thin, sharp “blade” with a handle - does it well and makes it easy to clean or scrap the blade itself without damaging work surfaces.Good choice. Recommended.
