Good Quality, low price, surprisingly spacious
I own the OneTigris Smokey hut tent, I absolutely love that tent, but being a tipi it takes a bit of effort to put up, as me and my Mrs are doing the west highland way in September, I wanted something more compact, lighter, and easier to put and take down. Decided to try the HillridgeJust got back from using this tent, just one night on a campsite (Sykeside campground in Cumbria high up in the hills it’s beautiful and scenic ) high winds came in through the day and got worse at night. No rain though so can’t say for the waterproofing,( but if it’s anything like the Smokey hut tent, I have nothing to worry about), the tent stood up to the winds very well, there was a bit of flapping, but that’s to be expected, structurally the tent did not budge, I mean really stable! And felt secure that the nothing was coming down through the night. The tent looks very small from the outside, but is surprisingly spacious inside. The build quality of the Hillridge is excellent, no loose threads or seams, the space inside is generous, comfortably fitting me and my Mrs sleeping mats side by side, with plenty soon to move around ( Exped inflatable mats). We even had space around our head or feet to keep some moderately sized gear. The vestibule was spacious for a tent this size, and we had no problems storing bags, boots and anything else we needed. And as we were car camping we had more than we needed! My Mrs was also very impressed and insists I mention the reflective guylines which made it very easy to find the tent at night. All in, me and my Mrs are very impressed and really can’t believe the level of quality of the Hillridge, and the price is crazy!

Lightweight tent at a great price
A good priced lightweight tent, very well made. Good amount of room and air vents for a single skin tents. Really easy to put up requires two walking pole set at about 120mm

Reviewed this on my channel. Love it.
I did a review on the Lake District Outdoors YouTube Channel and loved it. I actually sold the tent to buy a more expensive tent but will be buying it again. 👍👍👍

Was NOT waterproof
I brought this tent for my "get up and go" bag to try and reduce the weight which it did do effectively. I do really like the design of the tent and like the light weight design. Very good for the value of the product. However there is a big issue of the waterproofing of this product. On the first night using it we had a light bit of rain which seemed to come straight through the tent and soaked everything. I'm hoping to waterproof this tent this weekend but that's definitely not want to do on my days off.Would be a good tent apart from this issue

Great Tent
Love this tent, easy to put up, spacious interior and porch area , rained all night and didn’t let a drop in, having experienced strong winds yet but it feels very sturdy, only one gripe, it’s hard to get back into the bag provided, apart from that it’s a bargain wild camping tent 👍

No poles provided!
There was no poles inside. Myself and 11 years old son realised that just before sunset on the top of a mountain and had no choice to sleep outside in the cold and rain. The instructions say that we need to use hiking poles toHold the tent up however that is zero mention of this anywhere on the ad! Disgraceful..
