This is one of the very few iron supplements I have found to be easy on my stomach. The pill size is also not large so it is easy to swallow. I am anemic but it has helped and been effective raise my ferritin level. Again everyone should talk to their doctor but I would recommend to anyone with sensitive stomachs who have a hard time digesting.

I took this iron supplement once and actually felt more energized the same day. I’m usually sensitive to iron, but this one didn’t upset my stomach or cause any side effects. The capsule is easy to take and feels very clean and high quality, which is what I expect from Thorne. Of course results vary, but if you’re low in iron or just looking for a well-absorbed iron complex, this one seems to work quickly. I’ll continue using it to see the longer-term benefits, but my first impression was very positive.

Thorne is the best so far that I have used to help with my iron levels. I don’t get an upset stomach and it’s doesn’t cause me constipation. No taste and quality ingredients. Very effective and helped with my blood levels.

My LLMD suggested I use this iron supplement because I have low iron. The powder capsules are very small so I don't have trouble taking them, however one of the capsules was broken when the bottle arrived so all of the pills are coated in the powder and taste horrible. I'll update the review when I go back for bloodwork and see if it helped.

I am anemic and so I’ve been on iron supplements for a while and I decided to give Thorne a try- best decision ever. I haven’t gone back for labs but I can already tell a difference in my energy levels and my nails are growing strong again. The best part? No constipation and no stomach issues!

Is it weird that after my first dose I instantly felt better? No GI issues and no weird taste either.

My blood results were low the past few tests and she wanted me to take some low dose iron along with the vitamins to increase the absorption. I had taken the simple iron tablets with good results and decided to take this product. I’ve had no issues, no upset stomach, great lab results, and goes down the throat with all my other pills. I’m very satisfied with their products and I’ll be buying their products for a long time.
