I now have 2
I bought one and I loved how easy it is to use and how good of quality the prints are, so I bought another one. I had a project for some large prints, so I bought the plus size.

Disappointment is an understatement
I purchased two of these printers and neither will finish a print consistently.I am an experienced 3D printer owner having printed thousands of items with half a dozen different printers. I have two of their previous models which have worked perfectly for years ( the X1 ) and bought the X3+ printers hoping for an upgrade in performance and quality. To their credit: I was able to unbox, assemble and print the test boat on these printers inside of 30 minutes. After that, most prints would not finish a complete print. There is no pattern or consistency to the failures, they just stop extruding filament partway through a print. I have been troubleshooting with them via email for weeks to no avail. This happens with multiple brands of filaments and there is no physical blockage as they will manually extrude just fine after the print fails. The extruders just stop responding partway through the print while the head keeps moving through the rest of the print. We have done firmware updates, totally unassembled the print heads and hot ends to check for issues, replaced tips and internal print head pieces to no avail. I have also tried all manner of troubleshooting presented in community forums and groups relating to these printers to no avail. After weeks of troubleshooting and wasting kilos of filament on failed prints I gave up on these printers and the brand completely.

Usable, but not great.
While it could be an upgrade from earlier models, there could be quality control problems with the printer: For one, my build plate doesn't seem completely even/flat.Also, some design choices make very little sense too: the nozzle the printer uses is unique: I don't know if standard volcano nozzles that the earlier models use can be used here, and when they inevitably stop selling them for whatever reason, you have a dead printer unless you can modify hot ends (I cannot). As for print quality: It's fine. The build plate being textured is quite odd, but I have more or less gotten accustomed to it, and if you don't like the texturing on your prints, a raft will suffice.

Worked great for two days
Printer setup was quick and easy. Novice here so we started slow with some basics. Worked great making its first few prints. Leveling was easy, bed adhesion was hit and miss. Tried printing a bracket to hang something on the wall. Walker alway for a hour after it put down its first layer and came back to what is called the “blood of death”. Basically the printer got its nozzle clogged by hanging up on a print that came loose from the bed. Looks like the elephants foot from Chernobyl. Looks like I will need a new hot end and wires, new nozzle. And also found out the part slid under the bed and cut a wire. So trying to get in contact with there customer service to try to order parts, as they are not listed on there website. More than likely my fault for walking away, but really wish it had more safeguards. Also got an intermittent warning on the screen that said “ warning thermal runaway detected, restarting printer”. This happened a few times but went away after the restart. So a rocky start, but hoping we can rally and get it up and running soon.

Failed in first 30 days. Very loud. The auto level does not work well.
It started well, but shortly fan start make noise. After few prints it baked the Nylon filament in the extruder beyond repair. The bed was not perfectly leveled ever. The auto level sucks. Received replacement.Very loud high pitch noise from fan. Over all very loud printer. Returning again. Very disappointed. I like the size.Update- The size of the printer is tempting. I purchased another one. Upon arrival was obvious that it is lemon. The bed was very loose, impossible to adjust with the eccentrics wheel adjusters. Well I ordered replacement which work fine for 24 hours, than started hitting rear sensor and stripping the drive belt. I try to reinstall firmware, but no improvement. I think I am done with Artillery. To bad, the printer got good potential. I have several Ender 3V2 printers, working perfect for several years.Absolutely NO SUPPORT from Artillery support.

Muy buena impresora
The media could not be loaded. Es una impresora muy bien lograda. Rápida y silenciosa

Faulty
Taken me 3 days just to minimise the Y wobble - device has faulty rollers and self tightening roller bolts that don't tighten!Given the amount of other people reporting the same issue on line - I must assume I have purchased an $800 AUD lemon!Printer has now stopped printing all together - hot end just doesn't extrude. Will cost $300 AUD to send back to America which is not a cost effective option.... DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!

La cama floja
The media could not be loaded.

Muchos fallos
The media could not be loaded.
