Must have tunes to ride
Nice little system for what I paid sounds good and easy to install. I got the A13 it showed a case that covers the set while still on helmet. The case I got is for transportation of set? Hopefully water proof

Poor sound quality
Easy to install and pair just has poor sound quality, especially at high way speeds.

Not loud enough at 60mph
If you want to hear music at stop lights or stuck in traffic maybe ok. At 60 mph you can't hear anything with clarity. You can tell it's playing but no. Connects great. Closed vents on helmet tried everything no Bueno. Don't waste your time or money.

Noise canceling is minimal
They were ok for music, just ok. A call was unintelligible.Risked $30 would not buy another.

Customer service
Purchased this in December 2023 and used it twice. 2 months later it would not charge or stay on. Contacted the seller and was sent a replacement within a few days it was received. Everything works great sounds good with no issues. Plays music and takes calls perfectly fine. If you get it installed properly over your ears it is plenty loud. Definitely a great buy compared to the more expensive Bluetooth devices.
