Won’t stay on wall
Came with incorrect instructions (what I received was for installing a towel bar, not this soap dispenser). I followed the typical installation process using the drywall anchors. First time I used this dispenser, it came out of the wall. Threw the whole thing away - not worth the hassle of emptying my soap and even boxing it back up. What a waste of time and now I have to repair the wall!

Beautiful but heavy
I returned this because I was afraid repeatedly pushing down on the soap pump would eventually loosen its hold on the wall if we couldn’t get it into a stud but also, I was worried about if it malfunctioned in the future, I’d be left with wall damage to repair or I’d have to get something similar to cover the damage. It’s quite heavy when empty. Now for the reason I still gave 4 stars. It looks soooo nice. Oh my goodness. So upscale. Not the usual you see in homes.

Great solution for a tiny bathroom.
The small powder room I purchased this for does not have any counter, just a sink. So, this was a great solution. It looks great and works perfectly. It was not hard to install.

It's ok
The bottle and pump work well, just don't like the wall mount system. It's come out of the wall a few times already and we have had to buy additional bits to keep it sturdy.
