Fits and works perfect 1000% recommended
The media could not be loaded. The product came as I ordered. Exactly as it need it. Solid, color match’s with the original. Works and fit where the original was. It was easy to replace, and doesn’t have high vibration level.Come packed really good.Originally my truck had 6 pins, but reading on some foros it says that if the truck is basic, 3 pins works perfect. My truck is a Ford F-150 XL, basic, 2018 double cabin, 2 doors. Maybe this details can help youAlso including picture on original mirrorGood luck

Excellent product
Couldn’t be more pleased with this replacement part [for 2020 Ford F150, 5 pins]. It was packaged well, fit perfectly and was indeed a very easy 10-15 minute install (after watching a YouTube tutorial, you just need a 10mm wrench—ideally with socket—and a screwdriver to pop off the plastic covering piece on the inside of the door to get to the four bolts holding the mirror assembly to the door). It works as it should (i.e., the whole mirror assembly folds inward toward the window, all inside driver controls adjust the mirror up/down/left/right, and outdoor temperature sensor sync’d with truck’s computer). The only discernible difference in appearance between this product and the original is the lightly imprinted text of “Objects in mirror are closer than they appear” is a bit different in location, etc. (but who cares?). Helpful note: before ordering, make sure you disconnect the electrical attachment plug from your truck to your original mirror assembly to count the # of pins therein to ensure your order the correct replacement mirror assembly… I almost ordered a 3-pin version when I needed the 5-pin version.

Perfect replacement
Sturdy design and fit perfectly. It took about 15 minutes to replace with this off brand version at a fraction of the cost of the Ford OEM product.

2020 F150 - Good product, good price
Mirror fits and work great. ***Make sure to pry off inside plastic and unplug your mirror. Count the number of pins inside the plug before purchasing***

Doesn't work - Causes major issues
I have a 2019 F150 Lariat. After installing the mirror, my Check engine light came on and my AC stopped working. Turns out there is an ambient temperature thermometer in the original Ford mirror that evidently isn't in this mirror, or it doesn't work. After taking my truck to the Ford dealership to diagnose, I'm not outside the return window and out a Ford Service charge.

This mirror does not include ambient temperature sensor
Great mirror, well made and easy to install. The only draw back is that it does not include the ambient temperature sensor which is where my 2019 F150 sensor is installed. After installation my check engine light came on, I went to auto shop and had them run a diagnostic. It came back ambient temperature sensor fault. After a little you tube video surfing and google searching, I was able to determine the problem being that the mirror did not have a temperature sensor. There is after market sensors that you can install, that plug into the wiring harness of the mirror. I may have gone another route if I had notice this before hand. Still a great price, as the dealer wanted to charge me $450 for theirs.

Just Do It Yourself
Took all of 10 minutes to install, and since I had the dealership replace the same mirror a year earlier, I know I saved about $400. Feel kinda foolish I didn't do this the first time.
