I would advise to check with a doctor or nutrionist before using. Was advised to use by my nutrionist and has helped me. But she only warned not to use if I get any burning sensation in my stomach when using. I didnt. The product is fit for purpose of helping digestion, but do make sure it is right for you by getting some advice.
