I have been taking Biotin for about three months now and I was prepared to be disappointed but I really do feel that my hair is beginning to benefit and grow thicker. I am 88 so I cannot expect miracles but my hair was shedding and getting very thin. At the same time, after some research, I bought satin pillow cases which stop friction and prevent hair shedding. That I am sure helps too. I can recommend Biotin and satin pillow cases. Not expensive either.
