Mares Avanti Quattro Plus Open Heel Bungee Strap Fin

I’m a very experienced scuba diver and afternoon trying many fin types I have finally settled on Avanti Quattros as my favourites. The level of precision and control you get from these is second to none, I can turn on a dime with a subtle ankle flick, the ridges make it feel like I have fingers on the end of my fins. When you want to go quick the power is there, when finning hard the fin is Very heavy but offers huge power. The only downside is the size, they’re enormous! They can be annoying to pack. Oh and the replacement bungee straps are heinously priced.

I love mares a avanti Quattro plus fins best all rounder on the market I’ve had several pairs over the years and wouldn’t use any thing else the new ones are even better than the old model and still a good price

Great pair of fins, comfortable and so easy to get on and off with an extra little loop for your finger to make sure to don't lose them in the process. Great fins, would recommend.

Great for attracting seals!

Love these but after only 20 dives the ‘nub’ on one fin for one of the bungees has distorted and it keeps popping off. Apparently Mares are aware of this issue but not actively replacing affected fins.

Love these fins, very effective under water. Although the product was advertised at a price. I ordered it. The seller cancelled my order and raised the price. I still ordered it again because they are worth it

I bought a pair and found them great in use. However after only a few months one of them split on the side making it useless. I bought another pair, which after 2 months split down one of the black rubber lengthwise channels. Nice in use but far too flimsy.

Amazing. Spot On perfect in every way.

Robust, stylish, great finish, exact size. My size is 44-44.5 which corresponds to XL. Only drawback is it's long enough to kick the diver behind you if you are leading the dive. Highly recommended as it's all around diving fins.

Las Mares Avanti Quattro son una pasada. Son súper cómodas, potentes y fáciles de usar. Tiene un diseño que te ayudan a moverte bajo el agua casi sin esfuerzo. No son muy pesadas. Además, aguantan un montón y las correas ajustables (bungee), son súper prácticas. Perfectas para buceadores de cualquier nivel. ¡Muy recomendadas!

these fins are great. fly through the water with ease. love the bungee strap. easy to take on and off. even with full dive gear on and on a rocking boat. fins stay where they are supposed to. Have used these on many many dives. dive buddies and groups always say it is very easy to spot me under water because of the bright green color. have even had some friendly aquatic animals follow along. perhaps they like the color too. I wear U.S size 10.5- 11 shoes. I use the large fin and 10 mares 2mm bootie. the XL fin was way too big. the 11 bootie kinda worked but the 10 is a lot better and snug fit. the 11 bootie felt like the water could pull it off.
