Does what it should without any issues - taking 3x AA batteries to power a USB item. Can't comment on longevity of the product, but seems to be quality enough it'll last if not mistreated.

This works great for small lights or anything you need to power where you don't have plug points. Bought this to power a neon light for a reading nook under the stairs we built for our daughters. As there are no plug points under our stairs this worked great to power the light.

I have a holiday decoration that is meant to plug into a USB port on a computer, and I wanted to place it in my living room instead. This works great and I love that it runs on batteries. The only thing better would have been if it had a timer function, but I'll take it as is!

I needed an option for rope lights on my mantle. This worked perfect. Battery life seems to be decent as I run them for a few hours n the evening and they are still going.
