Wanted a huge planter for my palm, and this fit the bill nicely. A tad pricey perhaps, but you get what you pay for, as it’s hand painted and gold leafed, and a real show stopper imo. I should mention the pot is ceramic (which I actually prefer), but it didn’t mention this anywhere in the product details, in fact it states in several places that wood is the primary material, so I was pleasantly surprised when I unboxed it.The only negative for me was the stand - which is wood. It’s a very dark wine colour which I don’t like (I thought it looked black from the image shown). So I decided to use the pot without the stand, which actually looks way nicer. And I love that the colour flits between a lighter gold and almost copper depending if the sun is shining on it or not.All in all, we love it. Arrived just 2 weeks after order was placed, very well packed and in perfect condition. Just beware it’s very heavy, and if you have hardwood floors like me, then you’ll probably have to put some kind of felt or rubber protective pads under it.

Though expensive, it was worth the price
