Does this gen 4 work with older sync module?

Hello there! Yes, the Blink Outdoor 4 does work with previous generations of Sync Modules.

Does this work with the floodlight?

They changed the port on the camera to USB-C, so no, the micro USB plug on the current floodlight would not work.

do you know of a similar product that works with sim card? I need this for a spot without Wi-Fi

Search "4G camera" and "LTE camera" on Amazon and you'll find a quite a few, many of them pan/tilt models with a solar panel.

Does this new generation camera have time stamps on video clips and photos?

When a video is recorded it gives you date and time Gen 3 did this as well
