My GMC truck doesn't turn off 12-volt (cigarette lighter) ports. Even low-drain appliances like a Garmin GPS can eventually run down the battery when the vehicle is parked for a week or two unused. This was the perfect solution. Physical on/off switches cut power to each port independently. There's a small digital voltage display that stays on--I was concerned that might cause some battery drain (it might if the vehicle wasn't used for months at a time) but so far I haven't noticed any drain, and it's handy to see exactly the voltage of my truck's battery at rest and with the engine running. Also nice to have 2 ports when my GPS uses one full-time.

This is great! I bought it so I could run my dashcam and cameras to watch my grandsons in the backseat. I can turn off the baby cam when I don’t have the grandkids. Super easy set up. Having this freed up my charging port.

Works great, car only has one outlet and needed to power my dash cam and Bluetooth transmitter. Multiple charger port types is a life saver. Quality seems decent for $20. Love the buttons for each outlet that lets you turn off whichever side without unplugging.
