My phone falls off. The little round disc attached to the phone,but when I attached it to the mount, it stuck onto the mount and I can't get it off!!

This arrives in a box containing the mount, the magnetic holder, 2 x metal plates, a dashboard mounting plate and instructions.The mount can be attached to the windscreen or dashboard, there is a dashboard mounting plate supplied and you can see the instructions in the photo. For transparency I did not attach this to my dashboard as I am changing cars in a few weeks so did not want to use it, there is also what looks like adhesive on the suction mount so I did not use this either for the same reason. But by the look and feel this should stick very well not only in a car but anywhere you want really.The mount itself is sturdy and can be adjusted vertically in small stops, the arm can also be extended to the length you require. With testing the magnet with my phone which already had a plate on the back it held the phone well and did not move under some serious shakeage. The magnet is also rubber coated.The one great bonus I found out was the circular plate supplied fits exactly into the back of my Garmin sat nav and so does the magnet, which is fantastic as the car I am getting does not have sat nav and it is going to be so much easier to remove than fiddling with the Garmin one. I've also just noticed they do this package with a vent mount included for a slightly higher price which would add more versatility.The price (£12.99, there is also a £2 voucher bringing it to £10.99 at time of review) which I think is good value for money. You only had ONE job, phone holder!!!You're built nicely, you have a decent suction pad and a metal mounting plate depending if you want it on the windscreen or the dashboard (I mean I prefer windscreen but it is personal taste).It has two magnetic holders, a large square one and a round one, for your phone case, which I assume is for non magnetic charging cased phones. Enter my problem or major issue.I have two iPhones, both with mag charge cases. Yes, I know. Ignoring it only has a single disc within it, the case is magnetic anyway (and the large rectangular one isn't ideal in this type of case). I thought - no problem, use the large rectangle like a mount and the magnetic case will attach easily to that.Uh-huh.Nope. Unless I put the disc inside the case, it will not attach and I have a few cases for my phones so at best, I could only ever have one phone in one case, not to mention, it would look ugly (to me) in a transparent case.Regardless, you have to use the plate to make this work. If you hope that your case with magnets in will work, it won't. It just slides off - I'm SO glad I didn't try it out on the road, I'd have an iPhone in need of a repair.SO - to go back as such - you HAVE to use the disk it comes with in your case or it will NOT attach seemingly (two phones just slide off if I try to use their magnetic cases). Which I personally think isn't the best. However if your case isn't a magnetic one, then using the magnets it comes with works well.I just wish it allowed for magnetic cases WITHOUT the use of the disc.

This is a good functional phone holder for the dash on the car. It adheres well to the dash and it blends in well with the cabin decor. I didn't realise you had to adhere a metal disc to the phone case, this isn't the most attractive thing to have on the back of your phone, but is required to stick it to the arm.All in, a good functional item and makes viewing my phone easy for sat nav on a journey.

After going through a lot of phone holders maginic and non I decided to give this a shot and and I'm impressed it sticks very very well to my windshield. Definitely would order again.

Die Handyhalterung von TOPK kommt mit dem Arm an dem man den Saugnapf und Magneten findet, zwei verschiedenen Platten fürs Handy, damit man es an dem Magneten befestigen kann und einer glatten Unterlage, falls man die Halterung nicht an der Scheibe anbringen möchte.Direkt aus der Box merkt man das schon recht hohe Gewicht der Halterung, was auf das stabile Material und die gute stabile Konstruktion zurückzuführen ist. Damit der Saugnapf volle Saugleistung hat, ist dieser anfangs mit einer Plastikfolie geschützt. Um ihn anzubringen einfach dieses Folie von der Silikonfläche abziehen, auf die Scheibe setzen und den kleinen "Lock" Schalter drücken. Hat man das gemacht sitzt der Saugnapf wirklich bombenfest und geht eigentlich nur ungewollt ab wenn die Scheibe kaputtgeht.Für optimale Justierung kann man den Winkel vom Arm einstellen, die Länge ein wenig verändern und den Magnet selbst auch noch mal an einem Kopf 360° drehen, schwenken und neigen. Alles lässt sich mit kleinen Rädchen schön festziehen damit das ganze auch wirklich in der richtigen Position bleibt.Der Magnet ist auch wirklich stark. Ich habe die Platte einfach in meiner Hülle drin, dh dass noch Plastik zwischen der Platte und Magnet ist und trotzdem sitzt das Handy wirklich absolut bombenfest.Ich kann die Halterung echt nur voll empfehlen :)
