If you want to taste it just get in any of the Westin lobbies. Is just like that. A clean and soft fragrance, not invasive. The sticks loose their effectiveness so I would recommend to change them. But I love it!

Always the best scent

I cannot NOT recommend this!! First of all it's way overpriced for the weak scent it gives off.I bought two of these for my bathrooms and unless you get right up next to it, you don't smell it atall. I'm very disappointed as the hype made them sound superior to any fragrance diffusers. Do not waste your money! You're better off wit Glade plug-ins.The one star is only because the bottle is pretty.

It’s just what I was looking for. Nice scent but not overwhelming. Try it if you’re looking for a pleasant scent but don’t want it overpowering.

I've bought these a couple times from the Westin Store on Amazon, and all I can say is that this must be where they're offloading their out of date fragrance products. The white tea reed diffusers I've bought had only the very faintest of smells and don't scent the air in the room at all! Come to find out that there's not way to return them and no one to lodge a complaint with.

My husband & I stayed at The Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas in August. Upon our arrival we walked into the lobby and the scent was intoxicating. I was obsessed! So, I ordered the 2-pack of their signature White Tea Reed Diffusers on September 1st. I received them on the 8th and immediately set them up…1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. I could smell them but, only when I walked by. I flipped the reeds the next morning. It’s only been 4 days and I really don’t smell anything now. I went to the spa at resort while we were there and the scent hit me as soon as I opened the door to go in. The woman working there said the open diffuser (display) was opened in October, 2020 when the state reopened for travel during Covid. I can only assume they sell a lower quality product retail or that the woman wasn’t being truthful. Total waste of money.
