Betty Crocker Bisquick Pancake and Baking Mix, Original, Makes About 145 Pancakes, Giant Size, 96 oz

This pancake and waffle mix is great for quick breakfasts when I don’t feel like measuring ingredients from scratch. The batter comes together easily and cooks up fluffy pancakes with a nice golden color. I’ve also used it for waffles, and they turn out crisp on the outside and soft inside. The flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, so it works well with different toppings. On the downside, it’s a bit bland on its own, so syrup or fruit is a must. I also wish the bag were resealable. Overall, it’s a convenient mix that delivers reliable results every time.

I love Bisquick. So many things you can make with it. Love the flavor. Makes biscuits, pancakes, waffles and more. I use it all the time. Great value for the money.

I use Bisquick for everything! Pancakes, biscuits, cookies. I also make dumplings with it!! This makes recipes easy to prepare without the extra hassle involved. Most of the added ingredients are already there.

Only brand I use for fluffy pancakes delicious dumplings moist biscuits and the best tasting waffles ever. So easy and fast to make plus it is gluten-free.

El producto es muy bueno aunque un poco caro. La unica queja que tengo es el servicio de entega. Llego 6 dias tarde y luego no aviso del dia. La tienda se puso en contacto conmigo y pidio disculpas... lo cual agradezco.. Quizas podrian corregir este problema. Este producto ayuda cuando preparas la comida. Me gusta mucho. Gracias

Very convenient and easy to use. No worrying about adding baking powder or shortening as it’s already in there. Makes delicious drop biscuits and dumplings.

I have tried all three ways of making pancakes with this pancake baking mix: (1) without added oil as in the original Bisquick recipe, (2) with added oil as in the Classic pancake recipe on the box and (3) the recipe for the 'ultimate pancakes' printed on that box. The first two were unpalatable, the worst pancakes ever. They actually burned when I made them at 375F/190C, cooking each side for 1 min 30 sec as their recipe suggests. The third one, the ultimate, was a good pancake - tender, fluffy and fragrant, very tasty. I cooked them on a pan at a lower temperature. However, for that pancake I had to add to the flour from the box 6 more ingredients (six!!!): milk, eggs, sugar, oil, baking powder and vanilla! This is as close to pancakes made from scratch as it gets. Why then purchase a kilo of flour and salt mix in a box for $20? Never again.
