First of all, 1200 tongue depressors is way more than you can ever imagine. Have a small tote or plastic container with a lid ready when you open the package. The sticks are supposed to be banded together in neat packets of say 20 but the bands are paper and many broke during shipping. Nevertheless, the product itself has had no issues. So what do you do with 1200 sticks or tongue depressors? I bought them to stir stuff up in my wood shop but truly you can use them as shims, build a cabin with your kids, make stick men, or hey check your child’s or spouses throat with a stick or tongue depressor and flashlight when they complain of a sore throat! If there are white patches on the throat it’s time to see a doctor, just saying. Over all I couldn’t be happier with the quality, the tongue depressors are nearly medical grade, are smooth and don’t have rough or sliver producing edges, they are sturdy (I can stir or mix Bondo with them easily). The thickness is appropriate for a tongue depressor and is consistent throughout the batch which makes them so easy to use for what ever task you have in mind. The seller was great, the delivery was sooner then expected and they also sell smaller batches which you may want to use to test them out and see if you like them.

These are great. Strong and there are a zillion of them in the box. We use them to mix resin for charcuterie boards. Never had one break like some of the cheaper ones.
