Why does my recording keep splitting into multiple separate files?

This happens because the recording duration is limited by the Auto Stop Time setting. You can adjust the recording time length by navigating to: Settings → Auto Stop Time

Why are there issues with my saved files?

After recording is complete, click the Stop Recording button before removing the storage card.Additionally, our product is compatible with USB flash drives and TF cards. The storage device capacity must be larger than the recording file size.
