Read the fine print on the bottle. In my 74 years I have never found a women's vitamin which provides ALL our vitamin and mineral needs with such high iu values provided with one easy to swallow tablet. Worth every penny!

Buyer Beware!!
When I received these vitamins, the bottle was out of the box and the seal was lodged inside the cap. I did not feel comfortable taking these & of course I can't get a refund.
