-1 star because these things are amazing when they do work. I bought the 4 pack and if those 4, 1 of them is now draining the battery within HOURS. Definitely some kind of software glitch. I've tried factory resetting and repairing and it makes absolutely zero difference. Literally within 6 hours the battery is dead. Leaving this review because I'm going to order more now. They're such a quality of life upgrade for keeping track of valuables that they're worth the cost and chance of getting a dud.

Great product, compact and effective

Peace of mind comes in small packages with these Samsung Smart Tag2. I love being able to see that my luggage is on the same plane as me arriving at the same destinations. The sound and location through the app is super simple to use. After about a year, the battery change process was also easy. They are small enough to drop them in whatever you want to track. I would definitely recommend.
