Rocket fuel!
This is so good. Great taste. Dissolves easily. Workouts are far better, especially on leg days when I need a boost!

I have always used ABE as it is the most consistent performing and tasting out of all the preworkouts.

Pre workout
Got this through today. Can't do a full review however, Flavour is decent. Really like this one and it's easy to take back unlike some others. It's not grainy when mixed either. Had a scoop about 20 minutes before gym. Good but feel like another half scoop will just take me an edge further. Decent stuff all round

With preworkout I rarely tend to get the same brand and flavour but I’ve had ABE with different flavours for over a year now and it has been one of my favourites for stim and concentration. The lemon refresher tastes exactly like refreshers. I would suggest that for the price of this pre, it is one of the best on the market.

Over the years, I've used a lot I mean, a lot of different preworkout drinks and powders. And I have to say, for the price, this is the greatest one. Good ingredients, pleasant taste, smooth mixing, and each tube contains 40 servings. helping me at the gym and enduring some difficult work shifts. I find that drinking too much coffee makes me angry but not with preworkout.

Refreshers Flavour
Definitely accurate in its flavour but it’s REALLY sweet yet tangy. It almost feels a bit sickly to drink if I’m honest. Personally I prefer more of a stimulant in a preworkout and this doesn’t give me that feeling. Will still continue to use it but wouldn’t buy again

Good pre-workout
I've had a few of the ABE pre-workout flavours and all have been good, this one included. It tastes unmistakably like Refreshers so if you like the taste of them you'll like this. It mixes easily and does the job of getting me moving at 6 in the morning.

Work well can feel effective after 3rd dose

The product packing was half open, the inside silver cover. The pre workout are block s of stones, as it’s been in the stack for years not at all fresh and dry out. Dnt buy from them again, very bad quality regret
