Great easy little starter kit for jaw training or in my case double chin reduction!It works and I have just started to notice a slight reduction.Instructions are excellent as is the build quality of each trainer. The strap really helps to keep it hanging between sessions and also to grab it when required. The soaking in hot water and biting into it to mould a tooth pattern did not work at all for me but it did not put me off the product or lessen the review.Additional mouth replacements are included when they wear out.Great quality kit.

I picked these up to try them out and I really shouldn't have. The plastic cases were all cracked or broken (each case holds a different 'resistence' mouthpiece) but inside the mouthpieces were fine. I followed the instructions and tried to 'mould' my teeth to the bite strips, but they don't seem to do anything. Finally when I tried using them, they were so uncomfortable and I'd have achieved the same results by eating a steak.Pros:- The materials used for the mouth pieces were decent qualityCons:- The bite pieces didn't mould at all- The units were uncomfortable to useAfter doing some research, it also seems these types of 'jaw trainers' are mostly based on nonsense 'science'. Losing weight will refine your jawline far better than anything else.

Using regularly will benefit

Well constructed 3 piece jaw trainer that I initially started to use for TMJ but found it hard word on my jaw.I think personally that these will work on strengthening the jaw but unfortunately I didn’t have the patience to stick with it.There is a guidance leaflet on how to use them and it’s simple to follow.Happy to recommend.
