works great. easy to use and set up! would recommend getting a safety strap. we use this in our lobby that frequently has children running around. is stable but wobbles if pushed.

We have ordered SEVEN on these units for our restaurants within the United States. We use a different signage player android app that their customer service technicians pre-installed for us. They also found out they had to use an upgrade operating board for our custom needs and they did this without an issue! We will ONLY get this kind of a unit from this seller and from this manufactuer! Shipping is also quick - even when the company puts our own logo on the bottom front of the display! You will not be disatisfied with this unit.

The media could not be loaded. It's hard to install the bottom part at the beginning by myself so I find a friend to help me set down the screen and put the bottom part together with six screws. After installed the bottom part with the wheel then it's a one person job, I can move it very easy with the wheels.The wifi speed is ok, unfortunately I dont have any videos that I made, so I have to use this product to watch some online vertical screen videos.With the touch screen version is a good plus! The product sitting at the dining room makes alot of customers happy. Thanks!

This is a very useful and great device for your advertising needs. Once it was unboxed and set up, I was stunned at how large, responsive, and bright this screen was. At nearly 6’ tall, this is a massive device and the screen quality is just great as it pops and gets your attention. It runs android so you can easily set up your account and use the apps that are built in. I love that this comes with a 16GB usb-A flash drive so you can upload your photos and pictures on this. The speakers are on the back and it does get loud, so be aware of where you place this as the sound will bounce back and get louder. The screen is touchscreen so you can swipe around, just be careful as the refresh rate is slow so your swipes will not be as smooth as a smaller big named tablet like the Fruity one. It comes with a remote control so you have that option as well if you are far away from the screen.The set up was a bit challenging as you have to screw in the base with 6 different screws. Two of them require this to be laying flat on the shipping box and you have to be careful because if it doesnt screw in right away and drops, it drops into the base and is hard to reach. The other 4 screws are more down and more reachable.

The media could not be loaded. This is my ad display baby, we have been looking for the perfect ad signage and SO glad we went with this company. First - the 43” is insanely beautiful and so much bigger than I thought. Second - when I had an issue with the file formatting (my computer’s fault not the devices), this company gave the best customer service I’ve ever received. I got a phone call, a constant WhatsApp thread of videos and how-to videos, and they called to follow up when they didn’t hear from me for 12 hours. I can’t say enough how great this company is, and already have a few friends who are also business owners looking to get this because of how beautiful and cost efficient it is. This is an absolute must buy, and I would definitely check out their storefront for any other devices because the customer service just can’t be beat.

After only 5 months with little use device will not work. Will try and send it back.

The first kiosk we purchased was missing a parts package with the key, remote, and a couple other things in it. Instead, it came with two packages of wheels. We returned that one and purchased another one. The second one had the same issue. I am leaving a 5-star review anyway, because they went above and beyond to make things right, and sent us the parts we were missing in a timely manner. That, and the kiosk looks great.
