Is this good for soccer?

I would say no. The top is fairly flexible and thin and it would hurt to get stepped in or maybe kick the ball is you’re used to a good upper like on most cleats. It’s good for sports generally like running or lifting or hiking

So I know these are considered zero drop, but is there any more technical information available on the heel and toe material height?

The inner sole is totally flat, no arch no lift at toe or heel. Water shoes.

How wide are these compared to the Trail Runners? I have very wide feet and don't want more issues with bunions.

If shoes are wide, they also stretch after wearing them for awhile
