I didn't feel it was right to put my new Shichon puppy in a small crate for 8 hours a day while I was at work, so I purchased this playpen instead. It was the perfect solution. I set it up with his bed, food and water at one end, and potty pads at the other end. I purchased a washable potty pad to place under the entire playpen. There was plenty of room for him to play in the middle.It was easy enough to put together and is very sturdy. The acrylic panels are nice because it doesn't give that cage feeling to the playpen. It also prevented him from climbing out like many people commented on with the cage type playpens. The door panel is the only thing where there is room for improvement. It does not include the tool for the caps of the screws to tighten from the back side. I don't ever think I got mine on really tight and as my puppy got older if he bounced off the door long enough the screws would loosen and fall out. Despite this I would highly recommend this product. Even though this product is more expensive than others, the quality is worth it, plus once my puppy proved he could be trusted to have run of the apartment, I was able to sell it quickly for half price on the secondary market, so in the end it wasn't really that expensive.

We love this playpen for our puppy!!! It’s very modern, stylish, and since it is transparent, you can see what your puppy is up to, and the room doesn’t look crowded. It is very sturdy, and easy to put together. It has plenty of room for the bed, weewee pad, water, toys. I feel it is much more humane than a crate. Strongly recommend!!!

We bought three of the 8 packs to make a giant pen for my ferrets and it looks so good and is so sturdy. There are certain connectors for corners and straight so at first we thought we would need more straight connectors to make it work. We emailed the company at 2am on a Saturday and they responded immediately asking how many we needed and for our address so they could send them out. It turned out that they included more than enough of everything in the end and we got it together easily. It is worth the money.

Very sturdy, easily assembled (just make sure the door hinges and locks are on the correct side :). Great product.

ZERO STARS. This product was a waste of money. It was challenging to put together and I only used it for 10 weeks with my small puppy (a cavapoo who was 4 pounds when I brought him home and is now 8 pounds) before the plastic joints completely cracked and broke. This is hazardous for my puppy whom I would leave while at work only to find shards of plastic in his pen. Thank goodness he didn’t eat any from what I could tell. It was also very challenging to reach in and clean up his messes since there is no ‘gate’ for a human to walk thru to enter. I like the size of the pen and that there were no wire bars for his paws to get stuck in like the traditional dog pens. But, the quality is poor and the walls wobbled considerably with just his small body jumping against the sides, which is what I believe caused the joints to crack and break. Definitely not worth the money spent. I ended up getting a toddler gated play yard that works perfectly and solves the problems of entering the space to clean and no hazardous plastic pieces.

I gave this five stars because it’s definitely a five star purchase and I only returned it because I was gifted another one. Otherwise I would’ve kept it because I found that the acrylic playpens are so nice because a puppy or a kitten can see out and feel very much a part of the family’s activities at all times! Highly recommend this for your new puppy or kitten.

We received this and was excited, but on the third nite we woke to our puppy screaming she was jumping up on the side and got her small foot and toe nails stuck in the where the door opens, she got pretty hurt she was hanging upside down in pain screaming.. she almost tore out her entire nail… 😢😢😢 we put tape over the opening..
