Wow if your looking for great sound, comfortable, easy to setup and a great price these are the boys… I’ve tried 2 other ear pods 🍏 but they kept falling out when cycling and doing my maintenance jobs I do so thought I’d give these bad boys a go 😍

These earbuds arrived on time, well packaged in a nicely laid out box, like most of them. Like a lot of earbuds trying to find a suitable size earpiece is difficult no different to these. These earbuds are assisted with an app. Once paired, sorting out volume and EQ arrangement was easy. Once set up for my preference, for me, these earbuds give awesome sound quality. Found on underground noise cancelling was not that great, but sound was still clear. Battery life is very good. For me, it's gonna last about 2.5 weeks before recharge on a 2 hour daily journey.One concern is the lid for the recharge box it feels a bit flimsy when you open it, improvement is needed there.

The Tozo Tonal Dots (T12) True Wireless Stereo Bluetooth earbuds are definitely pretty good, considering the price. The sound isn't overly bass-y at between low and medium sound volumes - but you wouldn't really want that in most circumstances anyway. (If you use a separate sound equaliser app, you can tweak it to how you like it and these are still able to reproduce that for you, should you be after punchier bass, so this ticks all boxes). The sound is fine for videos e.g. YouTube and in podcasts and audiobooks too. You can (very occasionally) hear some additional audio details/sounds that are picked out of songs that you actually may have never heard before but these pick it too! These come with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable and a packs of differently sized earbud tips (which is a bonus), although The only things that knock 1 star off a perfect review is this that they aren't always found very quickly when pairing them for the first time (you may have to search more than once) and so far, I've had to adjust them after the first 45 minutes to make them sit more comfortably in my ears. (Disclaimer: these were bought last Fri 22nd Dec 2023 and I've just opened them over a week later on Sat 30th Dec 2023 so they were showing as having 98% charge but I'm guessing that they would have been fully charged when they were shipped out so this is to be expected. It's always a positive when manufacturers add any charge whatsoever before their products are dispatched to you! This is a 'Day 0' review and I've not had chance to try these out and about in public, yet; but as far as I can tell, the noise cancelling appears to work fine/as if it would be fine). Other than that, go grab these earbuds!

This is my second pair of Tozo headphones already owning a 2 year old pair of T10s whic h are getting a little tired.The T12 are an improvement on what i thought were already good headphones.I was impressed with the small charging case with display showing the level of charge in each ear bud and that left in the case. This is a step up from the T10 case, smaller and with better info. The charging case will charge via USB C or on a wireless charger. The earbuds are easy to pair and can be further controlled via the TOZO app, the Tozo app works most of the time and allowed me to alter things like the touch controls and alter the sound equalisation. The ear buds are comfortable in the ear, have good sound quality (for ear buds) and seem to stay put.I used my earbuds on holiday and they did work while swimming but only with my head above water and only after i had disabled all the touch controls.I have had an issue with the left earbud, it no longer charges. I contacted Tozo directly using the customer service email address linked by Amazon. I had a reply within hours with suggestions to try that may resolve the issue. They didn't and they are shipping a replacement to me. Very quick response.

I have several pair of earbuds, some are expensive like jbl, and some are cheap no name. I took a chance on Tozo as they were kind of middle of the road and had decent reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. They have great dynamic range. They are the only earbuds other than my expensive ones that can reproduce the low frequencies that help with my migraines.A year after I bought them, The left earbud started failing. I reached out to customer service through the Tozo Android app. They assisted me in troubleshooting, and performing a reset on the earbuds. However it did not resolve the issue. Their solution is to simply send me a new pair. That is how you do customer service. Their responses were prompt and clear. And when I explained that nothing was helping they proposed the replacement without return.Thank you Fiona!

Fantastic for listening to music but mics is poor quality. I can hear clearly the person talking on the other line but my voice keep breaking. This is a general experience from all calls I had.

Great earbuds. Amazing value for money

The earbuds themselves are ok, but the charging is very poor.The unit itself never reaches 100% charged dosn’t mater how long they’ve been plugged in.Equally they looses their charge very quickly. Not sure if this a common fault with this product?I have an older pair of these Tozo earbuds myself and they are much better.
