O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream (3.4 oz Jar) and Healthy Feet Foot Cream (3.2 oz Jar) - Repairing Skincare for Extremely Dry, Cracked Hands and Feet, Travel Size

I’ve tried several hand creams, and this one is one of the best for extremely dry hands. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue and provides lasting moisture throughout the day. The pump jar is convenient and easy to use, especially when applying it multiple times a day. After just a few uses, my hands felt noticeably softer, and the dry, rough patches started improving. If you struggle with cracked or very dry hands, this cream is definitely worth trying.

This stuff is amazing. I honestly didn't expect it to work as well as it does, since other lotions weren't helping. I work a lot with my hands as I am currently doing retail product management and I deliver approximately $10,000 of merchandise to stores daily. Because my merchandise comes trucked in from across the country, it is very dusty, and working with my product all day for the last few months has been making the skin along the joints in my fingers crack, and the skin along the edges of my finger (near my nails) was visually splitting open. I had been trying to use other lotions for weeks, but none of them seemed to help. I always had dirt embedded into the tiny hairline cracks in my skin, and I couldn't seem to ever wash it out. Then I tried Working Hands. What a difference! Immediately after applying Working Hands, I could tell something was different about this lotion. While other lotions certainly leave my hands coated in lotion, Working Hands seemed to absorb right into my skin, and left my hands still feeling dry. Normally you might think that a lotion that leaves your hands feeling dry isn't working - but it was soaking into my skin within a minute or so of being rubbed in and leaving very little residue behind. With each application I could tell my hands were still very dry, but after a few days, that started to change. Within a day or so of use, the cracks on my fingers started to close up and the dirt started to come out of the cracks in my skin. Within a week, all of the dirt that had been embedded into my skin went away, and all the cracks closed up to the point where they could barely be distinguished from the natural lines on my fingers/palms. My hands healed and went back to normal. My hands look like they did before I started working. They feel soft, and smooth, and when I put on Working Hands now the lotion still soaks right in but they're no longer left feeling dry and cracked after :) I'm really sorry this review is essentially only for Working Hands and not for Healthy Feet. I am so so so impressed by Working Hands after months of trying other lotions that there is barely room to mention how much better my feet feel compared to before. I wasn't really having any problems with my foot skin before, but just as much as Working Hands has made my hands skin and smooth, it has kept my feet nice and healthy too :) The bundle deal was nice, and I am happy with my purchase. I like how Working Hands and Healthy Feet are very low odor, absorb right into my skin, and leave little to no residue or residual texture on your skin after a few minutes. They appear to essentially be highly concentrated lotion, and remind me of Noxema, though I have never tried Noxema personally.

This hand cream definitely costs a little more than your typical lotion, but when your hands are cracked and dry it absolutely does the job. I’ve tried a lot of different lotions over the years and many of them just sit on the surface without really helping. This one actually feels like it gets to work and provides real relief. You don’t need much either. A small pump goes a long way and it absorbs pretty well without leaving your hands overly greasy. If you deal with dry or cracked hands, especially during colder months or after working with your hands a lot, this stuff is worth keeping around. It may be a bit of a premium compared to other options, but when you need something that actually helps heal those painful cracks, this one delivers. 👍

I came about this hand cream because of YouTube, but not a review video or anything like that. I was watching a 3D scanner review video and hopped on my phone to better read some of the user comments, since the video was a few months old. One comment I saw was a person jamming up the channel owner because his hands were not perfect. This person recommended this product and for whatever reason, I decided to look into it. I have eczema pretty badly on my hands and while I am not blue collar, I do a lot of work in the shop on metal, wood, and automotive projects. On top of that, I wash my hands A LOT and have for most of my life. Add these things together and my hands can look really rough and feel even worse. When I read that comment in May 2026, I was dealing with cracking on my fingers. I use lotions and eczema specific treatments, but most don't do a whole lot to be honest. My expectations based on history were pretty low, but I decided to buy some of this and give it a try. The first thing I noticed is it gives a different feeling to my skin than the other lotions and creams I've tried. I also found a little goes a long way. However, after only three days, I can tell a noticeable difference between how my hands look and feel, compared to before I started applying this cream 2-3 times per day. The cracking that was hurting bad on the day of delivery no longer is present and no longer hurts. I found that to be pretty astonishing to be fair. It doesn't feel greasy but it does something else pretty well, and that is it seems to last longer even though I wash my hands quite a bit. So far, I'm loving this stuff and if this continues, I'm going to buy another so I have one upstairs and downstairs. The comment I read just struck me as someone being rude as usual or as they call it, a keyboard warrior, but they may have made a point, even though they didn't do it very tactfully. There are products out there that do work and I had never seen this product pop up in any of my searches, or maybe my brain tuned it out because it looks like it could be Gain hand soap or something. haha. I will post an update if things go off the rails, but so far, I'm a believer in this stuff. Update June 2026: I’ve been using this once or twice a day for a little under two weeks. I’m a believer. My hands have not felt or looked this good in a very long time. The only place I still have a touch of dryness is on my thumbs near the joint. Those were always really bad, but it too is improving. The rest of my hands have shown a lot of improvement. I’m also applying it to my right kneecap which is dry and cracking like my hands were. While progress there hasn’t been as quick as what I’ve experienced on my hands, there is solid progress. I’m impressed and seriously, I can’t recall my hands feeling this way for at least 15 years. My hunch is in another week or two my kneecap will be in much better shape.

I've been using this stuff for years. Like, literally, the last time I bought a pack it was years ago. You only need a little bit of cream to moisturize both hands. This stuff lasts forever, and it works pretty dang well. No complaints. I'll keep buying this as long as they make it. This specific "cream" works very well because it contains some type of wax like substance that works really well at holding in moisture from your skin. That also means it feels a bit different than other lotions normally do. It can dry out, which would normally mean the lotion was expired. But it's fine. Just add a drop or two of water to the top, and mix it together. Kinda like mixing the water back into sour cream. Then put the lid back on, and it'll be good for a few more months. It's hard to come up with a lot of detailed things to say. It's hand lotion. It has a subtle smell that's hard to describe, but easy to ignore. If you want something with a scent, try another lotion. Apply when your hands are getting dry, and it keeps your hands from cracking, bleeding, or otherwise getting dry and unpleasant. Don't let your hands get like that. Treat yourself by having skin that doesn't look and feel like it's dead. Being wax-like means you need less than normal lotion, since it doesn't evaporate or dry out like other lotions. Most people are probably applying way too much. Like, ten times what they actually need. But before I can explain how much to use, I have to explain how lotion works. The natural oils your body produces are critical to holding in the water in your skin. Without it, your hands will dry out and if it gets bad enough, you'll start bleeding. Lotion works by substituting your natural oils with something else that holds in water. That usually means oil or wax. In a pinch, olive oil works as a moisturizer, because it does the same thing. (putting olive oil on your hands then sleeping with gloves is actually really good for your hands) More than a dry climate, using some moisturizer is especially important for any job (or other reason) that requires you to wash your hands often, since soap removes all the important oils off your hands, leaving them to dry out. The dryer your climate, the worse your hands will feel after washing and drying out. The best time to use lotion is right after you use soap. The important part isn't drowning your hands in cream. The important part is forming a thin layer that holds in your body's water. So whatever amount you were using before, it was probably too much. The best way to use lotion is to apply a very thin layer, less than your pinky finger picks up when you wipe it over the surface of the container. Rub that into your hands right after you wash and dry them, before they've completely finished drying. After I do that, I'll usually wipe my hands off with a pepper towel to remove any excess residue. This lotion gets into the cracks and sticks to your hands very well. You can gently wipe down your hands after applying the cream, and there's still enough to hold in your body's natural moisture. Just don't try to get your hands feeling "clean". If you remove 100% of the lotion and your hands feel like they've just been washed, that's bad. Because now there's no natural oils protecting your hands, and you've just removed the lotion that was supposed to protect your hands from drying out. You're right back to square one. Instead, of removing everything, your hands should feel like there's something coating them. It feels weird, but that layer of wax is what keeps your hands from drying out. If there's enough lotion that you can see white residue when you touch something, you're using way too much. Use less, and wipe off your hands after applying. Meanwhile, if you can't see your fingerprint on glass or metal after washing your hands and applying lotion, you probably don't have enough to keep your hands from drying out. Pictures coming soon.

Expensive but does a very good job job

This product is EXCELLENT. It relieves dry, cracked skin without leaving a greasy feeling.

This stuff works! My hands are extremely sensitive to hot water and I recently had to do hot water compresses 4 times a day. My hands were a wreck - swollen, red, painful. Using this cream helped enormously after even the first application. Faithful application after every hot water use has restored my hands and removed all redness and pain.

La de pies si te la aplicas y te pones unos calcetines de algodón, te deja la piel super suave y desaparecen la sequedad y las durezas se suavizan muchísimo. La de manos es un alivio sobre todo si lavas a mano los platos a diario como yo después de las comidas. Al final tanto agua reseca mucho las manos. Sin duda las comprare de nuevo.

I work as a contract delivery driver, delivering 800-900 parcels a week. My hands were getting trashed, dried out and cracking. It was super hard to keep them looking clean no matter how hard I scrubbed. Gloved didn't work out as smartphone usage was difficult, even with 'touch screen gloves'. The two photos I have added are 14 days apart, from when I recieved the product until now. I have been applying three times a day. Once in the morning before work, again after I have sorted and loaded all the days deliveries and finally after I get home from work and shower. Just amazed at how well it works. I've been using other 'products' before this but none seemed to have much effect. Is good. Do buy. Much improvement. To quote my girlfriend "OMG your hands are no longer made of sandpaper". Many win.
