Substandard product. Waste of money.
Not useful. Beaks easily in one fall. Can resist repeated microwave. Does not feel clean after detergent wash.

Very Good Product IF...
The look is superb, and if, indeed, it is made out of bio products like rice husk, and the finishing is as good as it is, great! May there be more and more such earth friendly products.

Poor quality
It came in cracked. We had initiated a return a week back. They are yet to pick up or refund the money. Very poor service.
